Our buyer services include an individualized buyer website linked to the MLS which automatically updates when new properties come on the market and provides property and neighborhood information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

We have been members of the Pikes Peak Elite 25 Group (www.elite25coloradosprings.com), a select group of area Realtors that represent the top 1% of our industry, and the Peak Producers (www.thepeakproducers.com), a professional group with a strong motivation to give back to the community and a desire to raise the level of professionalism within the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors. Both of these organizations are national referral groups for Pikes Peak area home listings, which allows us to market our clients' listings to other top performing agents in Colorado Springs, Denver, Pueblo, and across the country.               

Education is extremely important to our real estate group, as it helps us to continuously better the services and information we provide to our clients.  We have earned undergraduate and graduate degrees, and the professional designation of e-Pro - a comprehensive certification for utilizing effective internet and social media real estate marketing. We also have strong relationships and key connections with area military at Fort Carson, Peterson Air Force Base, Schriever Air Force Base, United States Air Force Academy, and Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station. Our strong military connections give our home and property listings key marketing advantages, and exposure to an estimated 188,000 military-related personnel and family members - nearly 38% of the total Pikes Peak area population.

Real estate reports from the National Association of Realtors tell us that 90% of home buyers are now searching for their homes online first, before contacting a Realtor.  We understand these trends and provide extensive online marketing and syndication of our clients' listings as well as provide traditional marketing services.  On a national and international level, we pay to not only list but to showcase our clients' homes in the largest real estate online networks including Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, YouTube, Google, and Homes.com.
